Coyotes to Auction Off 2010-11 Charity Jerseys

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: Tuesday, November 23, 2010 GLENDALE, ARIZONA — The Phoenix Coyotes and Coyotes Charities will auction off special-edition home country Coyotes jerseys for each player on the team through NHL.com. The Jerseys were worn by the players for the 2010-11 Coyotes Charities team photo. Ilya Bryzgalov’s jersey. Each Coyotes player has autographed a one-of-a-kind jersey (see attached photo) with his name and number on the back. Jerseys will start at $100 each, with a $25 minimum bid increment. The jerseys will be available for bidding on NHL.com (www.auction.nhl.com) beginning at 8 a.m. (EST) Wednesday, November 24. The auction will close at 9 p.m. (EST) on Friday, December 10. Proceeds from the auction will benefit Coyotes Charities, which is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life throughout Arizona communities by supporting non-profit organizations that promote healthcare, education, cultural arts and sports-related programs for children. The Coyotes will host the Edmonton Oilers at 7 p.m. tonight at Jobing.com Arena.
